Always friendly and best prices. Being widowed it helps me alot. Even when my husband was living we went here. Sorry Romberger died, he will be missed!

Fast efficient service.

Called Romberger's for a stove repair. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and well informed. They were able to replace the broken part very quickly and the repairman was very polite. The repair was finished in well under 30 minutes (possibly as little as 15). On top of that, we had had the same piece on the stove replaced by a different company about two years ago and Romberger's was able to provide the exact same repair at a cost of 25% less then what the other company had charged us. I would recommend Romberger's to anyone in need of appliance repair.

I have just ordered a fridge here for my mother, Price was more than completive, delivered and set up free, they will advise you of what to buy so it can be serviced instead of buying something that can only be replaced, don't make that mistake. There service I've used several times and has always been outstanding!!

Romberger's appliance is hands down the only place my family will ever go when looking for appliances for our home and our rental properties. They have taken customer service to another level. Remember when Americans took pride in what they do and gave their customers the utmost respect and service? Well, the Romberger's haven't. I've called their personal cell phone #s after hours and they are more than happy to help, even on weekends. And if they can't fix it over the phone, they're on the way to the house fix it..... and that was a Friday at 9pm! YOU WILL NEVER GET SERVICE LIKE THIS AT A BIG BOX STORE. What the showroom lacks in fancyness and size, they make up for in knowledgeable staff, friendly service, and a loyalty to their customers that you cannot find anymore. Romberger's Appliance is truly a hidden jewel in York county. It's worth the trip to the little shop, and the trip back in time to experience what your parents and grandparents called customer service.

This business is hands down one of the best in York. Prices are competitive and service can't be beat. After 30 years as a homeowner, there is no debate in our home where we go when we need an appliance or service.

I've used Romberger's Appliance twice now for repairs. They came to fix my dishwasher last week and found the issue and completed the repairs in about 30 minutes. The service technicians were courteous and they came within 2 days of my call for service. On Saturday I called for repairs for my dryer and they came today (Monday) and I am just amazed. My dryer is in a difficult location and they had to climb over the back of it to get to the heating element. Unfortunately due to the type of laundry center I have, parts had to be ordered. They left stating the parts would hopefully be in by Friday. Around 5:30 tonight, they called back stating they had found all the parts. They came back around 6 p.m. and finished the repairs. No extra fees were charged for them to be working so late, they just wanted to get my dryer fixed for me as soon as possible. WOW! The technicians were wonderful, going out of their way to come back to fix my appliance, they even were making jokes with my kids!



Their rates are reasonable, if not better than others I called. They even made suggestions on things they could do or not do to keep costs down for me, i.e. not putting the dryer back together while waiting for parts, otherwise that would be another hour of labor to take it back apart when they returned. I will never use anyone else to fix my appliances.

Based on another online review, I decided to check out Romberger's Appliance Inc because I was in need of a new refrigerator. Do NOT let the outside appearance be an indicator as to the wonderful people and appliances that await you inside. They are a small place, but with access to 7 warehouses, you can find practically any appliance that is made by Amana, Frigidaire, Maytag, Tappan, Whirlpool and Kitchenaid. You can also get your appliance rather quickly (within days) because of their resources.



I was immediately greeted by Jim, one of the sales reps at the store. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and showed me several refrigerators. I left with information about the Maytag MFT2771WEB and went home to do a little more research. One week later, I came back in and made my purchase. Not only do they offer a 90 day same as cash option, but they ordered it one day before I was able to put down my deposit. On the day of delivery, I was able to hand my check for the deposit to the delivery and installation crew (which are bonded, by the way). Romberger's ordered my fridge on a Thursday and I took delivery on Friday morning, the next day. I was very impressed with not only how easy Romberger's made it to pay for my new appliance, but the friendliness and assistance of the installation guys was awesome.



I HIGHLY recommend Rombergers. Installation and removal of my old fridge was free. The water kit for the fridge was free. They even removed a base cabinet for me at no extra charge, when it was clear that the fridge wasn't going to properly fit in its intended spot.



I am in need of a washer, dryer and a new range at some point in the future and there is no doubt as to where I will be headed to buy these future appliances.

Once again I needed a repairman. This time it was for my 4 yr. old washingmachine that came along with my new doublewide. I had used Romberger's before and liked their work as well as their advice. So I called them again and they responded promptly,but had to tell me that the transmission on my (new) machine was going out. I believed then because of the way it was acting. As the repair man left he handed me a voucher for $50.00 off of a new one. As it happened I was able to buy a new washer ,at a lower price ,plus get $50.00 of. I will us them again

Truly a customer-friendly operation! No fancy showroom, but don't let that put you off. This whole team is KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST. Prices are fair. We tell them what, then ask them what they would put in their home. We go with their choices every time. Service, on the phone or in our home, is always prompt and professional. We don't shop any place else.

No pretty showroom here, but don't let that put you off. Out of the way location, on a residential street. You'll see what they mean when they call themselves the low overhead dealer. They offer great discounts, and they service everything they sell. The owner is so knowledgeable and trustworthy I told him the features I wanted and let him pick the appliances. I was very happy with the choices.
