I keep coming back at least twice a week an yet food is always cold or never ready when we get to second window. An its horrible that even the store manager is not even slightly aware of your national promotions or even local promotions. An all attitudes are very miserable an they cut you very short when ordering or asking them a question. The owners could be me macking so much more revenue if Leaders Heights store had better management an freindly attitudes an just maybe a SMILE! O AN NOT TO FORGET, BETTER QUALITY OF FOOD!

I just wanted to let someone know that I found hair and other particles of something I still could

not figure out what it was floating in my coffee this morning (8/14-08) I did try to call to let someone

know about it, but I kept getting a busy signal--the Leader Heights location,york pa.



Also, someone has been adding a large amount of salt and pepper on the hambergers without

any kind of notification, I do not know if that is a new policy or not, but I do not think it is a good

idea considering some people can not have a lot of salt and are allergic to pepper, it is also on the

kids meals also..



For the most part the service pretty good though.
