Don't complain you will be ignored|

My wife and myself have visited The Eagles Nest Resturant recently and found that there seems to be an attitude by the owner that if you don't like it don't complain, just leave and don't come back.

Our experience that soured us here was when we ordered the Crab Dip in a bread bowl the appitizer came from the kitchen and was presented in a soup bowl with two small pieces of garlic bread. The waiter told us there were no additional bread bowls and they would bring us more bread to use for dipping. The next bread sent out was small ovals sliced from a sub roll toasted one side, than sour dough rolls were presented. While waiting for the additional bread we had to have the dip reheated due to the length of time until we received more bread. Then we received more garlic bread. We told the waiter that we were getting tired of waiting for additional bread and he apologized and said we will take care of you next time you come in. "We have seen you here numerous times" He went to the owner and was told not to do anything.

My wife went to the owner and he said "You can go away madam" I addressed the owner and got the same response so I told him we were not satisied with the appitizer and we would not frequent the resturant again. I'm a frequent resturant goer and have never in my career been treated so unprofessionally by an owner.
