Jamie was great. We brought our cat there on short notice after she got covered in oil. Many places in York don't even do cat baths. Jamie was able to get all of the oil out of our cat's fur and got her completely clean and fluffy again. Our cat was clean and happy when she got home! Very friendly, professional, and fairly priced.

I have been using Jamie for at least 2 years now. I think she is great with my dog. He has heart problems and she is wonderful with him. She has always helped me when ever I call her. She is always busy but takes the time to help my dog out. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've taken two of my dogs there quite a few times and never had any issues I read in other reviews here. They always can squeeze me in on short notice . They do a gret job grooming them and I recommend them to anyone.

We needed a groomer on short notice and they did take us quickly. When we arrived the owner was outside smoking and when she saw us she went inside. We used the back door and it was a mess outside. We went in and she was very unfriendly, acted like we were a bother. Once we gave our puppy to her, he was reaching for us and she scolded him, should have left then. We told her we DID NOT want him shaved, he's a yorkipoo, by the way, we she argued with us about. Told us he was a terrier, not a poodle. Isn't a Yorkie part of the Terrior family? He was done in an hour, which we liked, but when we got there he was totally shaved. I wish we would have refused to pay her, but we are not like that. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT take him back there again. Very Unprofessional, just complained how late she had to work last night. Oh and when you use the back entrance, you walk right into where they are bathing and grooming the dogs. We felt very uncomfortable, nobody greeted us, again just made us feel like we were a bother.

I will NEVER make my poor dog go back to this horrible place. Obviously a groomer is going to have dog/cat hair around, but this place was disgustingly dirty to the point of you being itchy the entire time you're there. Who knows, maybe there's fleas too--It definitely wouldn't surprise me one little bit. I should have known this wasn't a good place when there was no wait to get an appointment. My husband didn't even want to leave our dog there, but I talked him into it. Unfortunately I will never live down that bad choice. We ended up waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes because he didn't want to even leave. When we picked her up, her haircut was not done correctly, evenly, or attractively. I had her fix it before we left but you can't fix the parts that were already way too short and choppy. I even showed them a picture of what she looked like the last time we got her groomed so they would have something to reference. I really should have just waited for an appointment at our usual place. I would have saved a lot of money, hassle, and disappointment.

I was very satisfied with the service i recieved here, i took my cat shadow here three time and i must say the owner and her staff are very friendly i was a little worried at first reading a review saying it wasn't a good place to take your pet but in my opinion that person was wrong i would recommend bow wow and meow to anyone i'm getting a puppy this week and this is going to be the only grommer in will take him to!!!

Very unprofessional. Allowed her small child into the grooming room and she screamed and scared my dog and then allowed her daughter to hit my dog with a metal flea comb, until I told her she had to remove her before I left.
