Their drivers were caught parking in a mother and her two young babies and a senior citizen in 90 degree heat. When the mother asked the driver to please move because she was in the process of leaving, the driver said he was just getting water then laughed and walked away. The truck was left running in the road illegally while the mother and babies had to wait in 90 degree heat as the driver took his time being completely illegal and inconsiderate. What a terrible way to represent your company and Mike's Hard Lemonade (the trailer he was pulling)! Do not trust Ace Transportation to represent your brand! Bad bad idea. When the mother called to report, the dispatch manager Mike (if I remember correctly) said "I will talk to him" and offered no apology or empathy to the flustered family.
