Went to buy a truck bed was told 650.00. I paid my bill and was to return with a trailor.after i left they called and said they needed another 200.00. When i went toget my money back and left i spun my wheels and they called the cops for disorderly conduct.what a inbread pc of s__t. Everybody in the dover area told me not to trust this pos but i like to trust people till they prove me wrong.

My dad works there. He takes cars and drains the oil from them. Also he takes the cars and crushes them.

Worst place I have ever deal with. Called For apart told me on the phone 100+tax, when I got there they told me 120$+tax, and had to wait for 45 min. They rude, disrespectful, lairs... won't recommend it but if don't blieve it go head and try it and you will know what other people experience with them.

Went here and for some reason the lady behind the counter had this angry look on her face and when ask a question about a part that I needed her attitude was not appriciated ...wouldn't return they don't deserve the one star work on attitude

The transmittion went out on our van and we decided that it was not worth fixing. Rodger and his team not only gave us the best deal but they were also friendly and efficient. They had our van towed and we had a check in our hands by the next day.

do not waste your time and money on these dishonest unorganized , unprofessional pcs. of you know what ..i was mis led with an item that was misrepresented by the owner ...the item was paid for then i came to pick it up it was not what was explained nor shown in the pictures that where sent ....i offered to swap the amount that i had spent for other parts and or items and basicly was told there was no swap or return of moneys i was f by the owner !!!!basicly i was scrwd !!!! alll the way around ....real nice way to do buisness ill keep the word out DO NOT USE NEWBERRY AUTO SALVAGE>>>>and sorry they made me put one star for this rating your poor customer relations wore the others out!.....a simple lets swap it out for something else would have prevented this post ..........................you dont desserve the one star ..................

They usually have the parts you need but everyone has an attitude and they think they are always right. I wouldn't come here if it wasn't convienient for me.
