This is the third time in the past 15 years I've used custom builders for different projects (kitchen remodel, bathrooms upgrade, outdoor patio and bbq ) on our home. They we're fantastic from the initial design to completion. Bob was always there to answer my questions. Everything was done to the highest quality and the final result was exactly what we wanted. I couldn't ask for anything more

Let me say that I cannot imagine having a better Contractor than Bob Smith. The quality of work, attention to detail, creativity and timing of construction were all truly remarkable. Several of my friends have also contracted with Custom Builders to do work for remodels of kitchens or bathrooms as well as a complete home remodel. All gave Bob great reviews for his work.



What else can I say? Oh yes, the contract was completed with a minimum of extras which were for some changes in the scope of the work that I requested. Even though my contract was only about $100,000, Bob and his superintendent were at my house almost every day of the entire construction. My home is in Dana Point and is about a 40 minute drive (without traffic) from Yorba Linda.



I am considering another expansion to the master bedroom and the back of the house. If I go forward, Custom Builders will be doing the work.

Working with Bob Smith and his staff was such a pleasure. He was very responsive to our ideas and offered alternatives which improved our project. Our project was finished in less time than was originally scheduled. I would recommend Bob Smith and Custom Builders and Design for anyone who wants to improve their home.
