Left several voicemails to the district office, never got contacted back. The worst post office ever!!! I just don't understand why is this allow? Aren't we suppose to improve?

Is there anyone cares anymore???

Was expecting a letter from office in Yonkers. After a week and no letter I called the office and they explained that the mail service in Yonkers is terrible.

Two letters mailed a week ago and neither have arrived.

Terrible service.

Tried calling 5 times and can never get a person. The mailbox is full and an extension cannot be reached. Apparently my package is still at their post office even though it should have been returned to me weeks ago. The person I was sending the package to blames me for the post office's mix up. They're terrible. And I can't even contact them to get my mail back.

Apparently I no longer live at the address I resided at for over 15 years. This was a surprise to me. Package from Amazon deliverable due to wrong address. Odd since part of the same order was delivered Saturday without issue. This is the worst post office in the country.

absolute worse public service entity in the history of the USPS. A very good reason to shutdown the entire system.

Worst service ever including rediculous mistakes (packages and mail constantly returned to sender), and always, at any time of day, a minimum half hour wait.

This is the worse post office I have to use because of my location. The lines are always long (20 min wait or more) there are only 2 postal workers in the post office. The delivery men are the worst with delivering packages. Sending me other peoples packages and sending me theirs. They never answer the phones. If I didnt live in this area . I would not recommend this post office to anyone. F.Y.I. Make sure you put a lot of quarters in the meter. The wait made me get a ticket of $45.00.

Worst post office! Only a few agents and always a long long line. Please note: the post office on south broadway is even worse. They Steal your packages if they are not insured! And they won't service you if you don't Waite for them to say "next in line". WHO DOES THAT?
