Very disappointed! I contacted this business originally because he would pick up my mower since I do not have a truck. Although I only live 4 miles from his shop, he refused to come claiming gas prices were too high. I found transportation and dropped it off, explaining it would idle but died when the self propelled wheels were engaged. It also needed a tune up. He called several days later and told me it was ready, and the BILL WAS ALMOST $200. I paid as there was not much else I could do. I was able to cut my front yard and the same problem started again. I found a new mower guy (Kaiser on N. Broad in Fairborn). Even though he was leaving for vacation the next day he found the problem (a burned out switch) and had it ready for me 12 hours after I dropped it off. For someone who feels he is worth a $60 an hour labor rate for small engine repair, I really feel he should have fixed it right the first time. I think Gene is more interested in lining his pockets than doing quality work. Needless to say, I will NEVER take anything back to him.
