This place is horrible!! I been to this place in the a few times whenever I needed to pick up a card or small gift. Usually when I was there, there were two young ladies who were always nice and helpful, Laura and Stephanie. They really gave a nice feel to the store and was ready to help if I had any questions, but unfortunately my last few times I have not seen them and don't think they still work there. Since my last couple visits, the place has really seem to go down hill, the manager Sharon who is an older lady with short hair is extremely rude and has very little respect for her customers.

I recommended this place to one of my friends who is getting married, oh yea, the place goes by Events by On Stage and Off also which I found out when my friend when for her consultation so please don't be confused. Anyway, she went for her consultation, sat there for 2 hours picking out invitations and was told she will receive a proof within the next week, it has been close to a month now and she has not received anything!! She has tried to call the place numerous times to ask about her invitations but never received a call back until recently and was pretty much yelled at for calling about the invitations and pushed off the phone before being told anything.

If you need invitations or an event planner, your safe bet is to find another place to be sure everything is done in a timely and professional manner. Do not waste your time, money, or down payment on this place, the management is extremely unprofessional!!!!! maybe the two ladies knew they had to get out of there and away from that crazy woman!

I was very disappointed with the service I received. Sharon had no follow through whatsoever. After finding an error on the original proofs we asked her to re-submit them. She never got back to us when the new proofs came back. She never returned phone calls or e-mails and when someone would answer the phone they never had an answer and she refused to come to the line. We were not informed when the invitations arrived. Furthermore, she made several suggestions about how to add extras on to the invitations which we agreed to and were excited for. When they came in she seemed to have forgotten all about these requests. I ended up just taking the invitations home just to find out none of this was even possible. The last straw was when I saw her "due-outs" board and she had the wrong wedding date/mail out date for the invitations. All-in-all I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend using this store unless you have all the time in the world to play baby sitter!

I just read a review that I believe the reviewer must be on something -- that is indeed making her disillusional. O'so inviting is one the most customer-focused and wonderful shops and I have been all over the world. There is no other store where you can find that perfect little gift, have it wrapped in triple packaging and everyone in the store bend 5 x's over to make sure you are pleased. The manager, Sharon, is a true delight and cares about every person -- in fact, she gave free service and discounted a bride for all of her needs when the manager found out her fiance was diagnosed with terminal cancer. A heart of pure love and it shows in the store. Shop, explore, plan the perfect gathering -- go nowhere else but O'So Inviting.
