In my opinion, I've been ripped of $1300.00 by this company. I have spoke to the person whom I believe to be the owner. His name is Al. I hired this company back in early June 2014. When I spoke to Al on the phone I told him that I have a leak in my pool and I had reached out to another leak detection company and they couldn't come out for 6 weeks. Al assured me that since I was 'local' he would help me. During our conversation Al told me that the cost would be $495.00 dollars to do diagnostic testing. He also informed me that if the testing found the leak, the $495.00 would be applied towards any repairs. He did also inform me that if the initial set of diagnostic testing did not find the leak, then they would have to come out with a special microphone to detect leaks and that would cost another $495.00. Sure enough the first set of diagnostic tests didn't find anything. So they came out with their microphones and said that they found the leak, which they repaired (without my authorization) and then proceeded to charge me an additional $300.00 (on top of the $495) for the repair. My wife paid the technician the $795.00. I called Al and asked him why I was charged an additional $300.00 to repair the leak when he told me that the payment for the diagnostic test(s) (totaling $990.00 so far) would be applied to the repairs. Al told me that I misunderstood him. He informed me that the money I paid for diagnostic test only gets applied to "plumbing" repairs. I informed him that is not what he told me. He said that the $300.00 doesn't mean that much to him and for the sake of doing good business, he would refund me the additional $300.00. Well, that conversation happened over three weeks ago and needless to say he hasn't kept his word. In the meantime, I had to hire someone else who came out and got into the pool and found the leak within and hour. He used epoxy to fix it and since then I have not lost an ounce of water. The total cost for his visit and repair was less than $300.00, compared to the $1290.00 that I paid to All Pools and Spas that did not stop the leak. If I ever get my $300.00 back, I will update this review. At this point, I'm writing it of as a cost of learning not to do business with All Pools and Spas. Buyer beware! If someone wants to reach out and speak to me about the person I hired who fixed this, or my complete encounter please feel free to email me at biglumpy@aol.com (yes, I still have an aol account, LOL). I would hate to have anyone else go through this experience.

I used Aaaaction Pools and Spa...

I used Aaaaction Pools and Spas to Repair my Spa. I spoke to an "AL" in their Customer Service . Aaaaction Pools ans Spas were really nice and was very helpful. I hired them to send a Certified Electroncs Tech out to troubleshhot my Problem. It was expensive $395 but Worth it in the end. They not only allowed the $395 fee to act as a credit towards my repair, they were able to Qualify my insurance company to pay for the repair because they found evidence of electrical Surge that Caused the Problem in the first Place. I thank God I used them to help represent me in handling the Claim. My isurance company was very Difficult to deal with Direct. I would Proudly Recommend Aaaaction Pools And Spa to ALL... Grace P
