The care was fine but the bill...

The care was fine but the billing has been a nightmare. We initially gave them our insurance info which we had a primary and a secondary insurance. They primary insurance went through. They then sent us a bill in the mail notifying us of a remaining amount. The secondary coverage would pick this amount up so we called them and gave them the info already given to them once. At that point we thought it was taken care of. To make this short the billing dept has failed and continues to fail. We are now getting letters from a bill collector. Our secondary insurance has never been processed because we have never seen any type of response from that insurance. I have never seen such poor business.
