I have bought tires from Yakima Tire Shop twice and am about to buy another set tomorrow. They are priced well, saved me some money and were quick to take care of me. I have had no problems with their tires or their service. I have already recommended them to at least two other people. Stan H.

Short version: Bought winter tires. Two leak. They didn't use a torque attachment so I couldn't put the spare tire on. Tow truck driver couldn't even break the lugs loose. Took it in and they want to charge me $10 per repair and another $5 per tire to break the lugs loose and torque them properly. Asked why I had to pay for repair to 2 month old tires and he blamed the studs because there isn't any snow.



Incompetent at best. Otherwise they're crooks.
