We got there at 7:15pm, the place was not very busy just us and some people finishing up around the cooking table in the pit. Anyway at 8pmish we still did not get our food. The salads that were served were not fresh. the lettuce was barely crisp, not a vibrant green, and was turning brown around all the edges and looked like it was starting to turn slimy. I sent mine back. I did not ask for a new one but 15 min later a fresh salad came out the door.



The salt shakers have rice in them. I assume they put it in there to keep the salt from clumping and not from some child who was board. Also the rice has been in there so long that it looks like well preserved maggots. The soy sauce bottle needs to be wiped down you can see all the build up from people using it.



Getting back to the topic at hand 8pm roll around we ask for our check and pay for the drinks and appetizers we had. We did not want to wait for our food any longer. the owner/cook was unapologetic and could care less.

Steak is very good but rice is soggy. Flavor of some dishes were bland. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Decor is dated however staff doing their best under the circumstances.

Wonderful restaurant! Great Chinese and American food. Fixed the way you want it!
