Dr. McManus began his optometry career in Xenia. He then practiced in Cincinnati for three years before returning to Xenia to take over the practice of Dr. Gerald Troy, O.D. He is licensed by the Ohio State Board of Optometry. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. He also obtained his undergrad degree in Biology from Carnegie Mellon University, where he played intercollegiate football. Todd is originally from Lancaster, OH, and currently resides in Xenia with his wife Kim and their two children, Haley and Gavin.

Up until this year, it's been fine. I got new glasses in June or July, and in Sept, somehow they got bent so I took them into get repaired. they were under warranty. Great! got them back & they'd scratched my lenses when they were putting them in new frames. Took them back. they sent them back again to have lenses replaced. I finally get them back today & the brand new frames have paint chipped on the front of the frames. I'm required by law to wear glasses when I drive. They can seem to get this right this year. It's frustrating. Alot of turnover in Staff isn't helping. disappointed & looking for new eye dr.
