Terrible customer service in bar area. Management is very rude. Refused to deal with my problem and ignored me. Will not go back again.

If you like waiting almost an hour for cheesticks on a slow night then this place is for you. Also if you like anti american sentiment towards our war vets, then again, this place is for you. And once more, if you like walking over a parking lot of broken glass, then this place is for you.



Horrible management. Horrid service. Too bad you can't use their hockey puck burgers as bowling balls.

Waste of time and money! They are a bunch of scam artists! Horrible staff, including the owner Mike. You are better off staying home!!!

Last night I went to Woody's for the first time with a group of 5. As I walked in the bar looked quite nice, but I immediately noticed their overemployed staff in the corner ( I called it their eagles nest) doing absolutely nothing. Our waitress immediately told us that this was only her 2nd day on the job. She did not ask for ID ( we are all under the age of 28), one being 22 years. We ordered chicken, jalapeno cheese balls and nachos. The nachos took an hour. I had a star wars character come up to my table and put a light saber in my face, which was very odd, to say the least. I had a decent time regardless, but when we were ready to leave we had a very rude woman come up and begin to ask what all we had. We had immediately let our waitress know we were to have 2 different tabs, 4 out of 5 of us on one tab. They didn't even know what we had gotten throughout the night. Way to serve us drinks and then ask for us to do your job. I was sickened at how bad of an experience this turned into. This place is very unprofessional with beginners on the job with no training. This was evident. If you go to Woody's don't expect a good time.....And yes, it may start that way. You've been warned.
