It was the best experience. So nice and they took their time to do it right. They were never rushed and could tell they care about what they do. I will only go here from here on out. So clean and great environment.

Will never go back; my nails did not last a week, when I can usually go three weeks between fills with no repairs.

6.12.15

I went to Fashion Nails on 6.6.15 to have permanent lashes applied, get a deluxe pedicure, and have my eyebrows waxed. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and I was there until 1 p.m. This should have been a 2 to 2.5 hour service. The permanent lashes done by the Owner (La) took 1.5 hours. The reason why is that she was constantly answering the phone for the salon during my service. She was already booked but accepted everyone who called and anyone who walked in, thus delaying customers who made appointments. As she got busier she was calling employees to see if they could come in and work. This all took place during my service. I was very pleased with the lashes and followed the care directions exactly. I had to wait about an hour for my pedicure until an employee showed up to do it. During this 4.5 hours there one client had $30 in cash turn up missing. Another client who had her nails done by the owner (la) and was waiting for a pedicure; La misplaced the nail polish. La spent approximately 10 minutes looking for it and then tried to convince the client to use another color. The client actually said “I should come and Manage this place for you, it’s a disorganized mess” and everyone in the salon laughed. The client ended up searching for the missing polish and found it in one of La’s drawers. When it was time to leave I asked for my total and La said $155.00 I gave her a $20.00 tip for a total of $175.00. I went home and did not shower, or let any steam near my eyes for 24 hours. I slept on my back. Within 4 days one eye was completely gone and the other had a few lashes left. My co-workers encouraged me to discuss my disappointment with her. I was hesitant as I am not one to complain (or review) I just figured I got screwed out of $100 and I’ll suck it up. I checked my bank account and I was not charged $175.00 but $182.00 for the service. I called La from work and had her on speaker phone. I could barely get a word in edgewise. I told her I would like to send her pictures of the eyelashes. She wanted me to come back in and have them fixed. I told her I spent 4.5 hours of my Saturday there and was not willing to drive the 45 minutes to her salon to have them fixed but would she please refund me my money. She finally agreed to refund half but also said she had never done a credit on a debit card before and would have to call the company to figure it out. I inquired about the extra $7.00 charge that I didn’t know about and she said “I forget to charge you for brow wax”. I said well since that was your mistake you could have taken that out of your generous tip or at the very least give me a call to tell me you were putting it on there. She said “I tell girl to call but she forget” La called me an hour or so later and said “I have client here I do her lashes all the time and she happy, you want to talk to her”? I said No, but I would like to send you pictures. I asked for her phone # 3 times but she was so busy talking over me she couldn’t hear me. I wanted to text her the pictures of my lashes. She called me again at 4:00 and said “you no send me picture”? I said you never gave me your phone #. I texted her the pic and she sends me this text saying all her other clients are happy with their lashes and this must be due to my inexperience. She is willing to refund a portion of the expense if I will come to her shop tomorrow by 6 p.m. I texted her back and said I was not willing to take the two hours off work (unpaid) and drive to her shop for a refund when she can easily credit my debit card. She texted me back saying it is unfortunate that I am unsatisfied and my business is unwelcome at Fashion nails.

Went in for manicure and pedicure. I enjoyed the spa pedicure and manicure. They sold me the gel shellac manicure which is supposed to last up to 2 to 3 weeks for $30.00 but the very next day, the polish peeled off on 2 fingers and began chipping. I called the owner about the problem, she told me to go in to fix & when I did, she said it was because of chemicals. I wear gloves to clean and this was not my first shellac which lasted me 3 weeks before from another place. Sorry but Don't think I will return or recommend.

A very nice place

I have been a fashion nail II client for a couple of years now and I'am very pleased with the services as well as the respect that I get when I visit. The owner is very sweet and her children are also nice people. They respect what you want when you come in to get services and they do a very well job and my french manicure's are always nice and neatly done. I promised myself that this would be the only nail tech I would have after having bad experiences with other salons and since 2006 I kept that promise.
