Gerard came out to do a small job in a bedroom of my condo and a utility room. I'm a perfectionist and i go over a contractor's work very carefully. He's a nice guy and I would rate his quality of work at a 7.5 out of 10. We had discussed him needing spacers for the drywall before he came and he measured the area he had to work with and yet still came without the spacers. I told him to use some of mine which he didn't do but it still turned out okay. When the work was done there were still many lines in the mud and bubbles that had to be filled so I had to spend a few hours doing that. In the utility room, several piece were measured incorrectly and jammed into place breaking the edge of two boards which looked a little sloppy. I told Gerard about this and he fixed it kind of half-way. It's only a utility room but I could've done a better job in there. His price seemed about average and his work was about average.
