Provided by YP.comThomas Wynne allows smoking in the units. If you're unlucky enough to live above a chain smoker, as I am, your apartment will be filled with smoke. In this day and age, what are the owners thinking? Can they not require smokers to smoke outside? Until they do, do not rent here.
