  • Restock bathroom supplies
  • Clean & disinfect doors & doorknobs
  • Sanitize telephone receivers
  • Wipe fingerprints from lobby doors inside/outside
  • Vacuum entrance mat
  • Empty all wastebaskets
  • Dust all blinds
  • Dust all window ledges
  • Dust baseboards
  • Leave offices & furniture in a neat, orderly fashion
  • Report any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages

Additional Services:

  • Window cleaning
  • Dust under all office furniture
  • Dust the return/supply air grills
  • Clean bugs from fluorescent light panels -if accessible-
  • Moving furniture for easier access.

Our Popular Basic Package. This option does not include paint scraping of floors/glass/mirrors.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM:

  • Clean ceiling fan blades and/or light fixture
  • Dust baseboards
  • Spot clean both sides of door and door frame
  • Wipe down vertical blinds and/or mini blinds
  • Clean Inside windows -including tracks and/or sliding doors and tracks
  • Vacuum carpet

BEDROOM(S):

  • Clean light fixture and/or ceiling fan blades
  • Dust baseboards, doors, closet shelves, and windowsills

BATHROOM:

  • Wipe out medicine cabinet and under the sink
  • Scrub cleaning bathtub including walls and tub

  • Sweep and mop floor
  • Clean air vent
  • Clean exhaust fan cover

KITCHEN:

  • Clean oven, stove top, burner pans (Replace pans if necessary)
  • Clean inside, outside, and top of fridge. Also clean crisper drawer(s) and under drawer(s)
  • Clean out all cabinets and drawers. Wipe down inside and outside of cabinet doors
  • Clean light fixtures and or ceiling fan blades
  • Dust baseboards
  • Clean counter tops
  • Clean sink
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floor
  • Clean exhaust fan cover
  • Sweep porch & storage room if available
