I am pretty sure this company is a complete scam. They will give you a quote, and then after they put all of your furniture in their truck they will tell you it's twice the cost. Then they will hold your items hostage until you pay them cash. They also damaged my furniture, told me it would take months to process the claim, but refused to give me a claim number. Then when I tried to follow up, they told me they needed to have a professional come out and verify the damage. When the time came they would not send anyone to come take a look at my furniture and I never received a reimbursement for their so-called "insurance policy".
