NEVER EAT HERE. The food was terrible and the staff unbelievably rude. We ordered the prime rib. It came out cold, tough, and with an odd chemical flavor. I sent it back.

The “manager” came over and he was very upset with me. I told him the prime rib was really tough and tasted strange. He became very upset and began waving his arms around, telling us they are known for their prime rib. Then he left and came back. He put his hands on his hips and leaned over in my face and said he had all 4 people working in the kitchen taste the prime rib and it was fine.

Who makes employees eat food after customers?

He came to our table again and again. He slammed down the bill and loudly announced that he had taken the meal off of the bill. He said it three times.

He was determined to cause a scene and embarrass me again and again until we left.

UNBELIEVABLE. Never NEVER eat here. It is the WORST.

Terrible food, terrible staff.

What a crock,,, you signed up for the deal until NOV. 1st to get new customer's and you still have promo's on Restaurant.com so you are the first I know that has done this. WHY ?? I will be sure to never ever eat at your place,,, and believe me those folks that bought the books as I did will cause to to lose more customers than you think.
