We had a very bad experience with this company. Over a month after the job was completed and paid in full, we received a notice from a law fitm representing a subcontractor we knew nothing about, that a lien was placed on our property for funds they are claiming are owed to them from Signature Home - Daniel Exner for work done to our house. We are now caught in the middle of this disputes between Signature Home - Daniel Exner and the subcontractor he hired and trying to get the lien that was unfairly placed on our property removed.
