We go to Polonus often. Love the Hungry Pole Feast, but end up taking most home it's so much.The Cucumber Salad is wonderful,as is the City Chicken. Small family style restaurant with authentic Polish/Hungarian decor. Never had a bad meal, and the wait staff is efficient and friendly.

When we entered the place there were only a few other couples seated. We had to wait about 10 min before our waitress came over to offer water. It was becomming more busy, by this time. All the people seated around us were being served. We were still waiting for our order. The soup was finally served. Not very hot and very little taste to the Chicken noodle. The Barley my husband had was better flavored yet not piping hot. We were given two slices of bread in the basket and about twelve pads of butter. Our water and coke glasses sat empty. We were compleatly ignored. The wait staff would not even look at us. Finally when the two couples seated near us finished their meal we stood up and walked out. We will never go back and never recommend this establishment.
