I am from Toledo, OH my job brings me up to the Downriver area on a daily basis. For 36 years my father ran a very successful Amoco service center in Toledo. Therefore, I am very familiar with automotive repair and what it takes to be successful in this industry. Obviously, success is measured in various ways. However most people will tell you that success in business is based on the amount of money you make. I tend to disagree and I immediatly got the sense that the folks at Mike K's are not focusing on the all mighty dollar, they are more concerned that the customer is happy. Success in this day and age, in my opinion, is your ability to establish a customer base, bring customers in the front door, provide them the best product or service and and when they walk back out that door they are leaving highly satisfied. I'd be willing to bet that there are a lot of repeat customer's and customers that are there from word of mouth referrals.



In an industry that has it's fair share of scams and con artist's it's an incredible relief to know that Mike K's seperates itself from the rest by setting the standard with it's high level of integrity, honesty and its mission to satisfy the the customer with incredible service.



If you are looking for a mechanic in the Downriver area...look no further. The folks at Mike K's are some of the best I've met. This business is a family owned and operated shop. You know the minute you walk in the door that you are in good hands.

Before Mike K's I would take my vehicle anywhere. With the wonderful help i have from the internet, i decided to do my research. I recall some of my friends and family going there.

I read some reviews and I was impressed with they're reputation. I based my decision on a combination of facts and my gut feeling. I am glad i made the right decision! First impressions are important to me and I immediately felt at ease with my decision. Very courteous and friendly. Most importaintly Mike backs his word up with great work and honesty. I will continue to do business with Mike K's.
