Let me just start by saying I have never used a cleaning service before. I was hesitant to call one but I had family coming in and really needed the extra help to prepare for their visit. I was initially just going to call around and get some pricing and feel out the whole process. I called The Maids first and got someone within just a few rings. I told her my situation and listed off the spaces I needed cleaned including the areas I really wanted some extra attention to. I was astonished that they came in a crew of 4 people and had everything with them to clean my home. I asked a bunch of questions and probably drove them crazy with how picky I was. However, every question was answered and they made sure to give me all the information I would need to make a decision. The company just seemed so transparent about how they operated that I decided to just go ahead and book the clean. It was for the day before my company arrived and I was nervous about it not going well. I have heard horror stories from many friends. However, my experience has been far from the “norm.” The team showed up during the time frame as promised, they were a team of 4, and had all their cleaning supplies. Oh and did I mention we had about a foot of snow fall over the night and the roads were a total mess. They came right in with smiling faces and got right to work. They worked magic in my home while I was there. I had to leave early to for an appointment and told them how to lock-up when they were finished. When I returned home, I had a surprise at every turn. By surprise, I mean I could not believe how CLEAN everything was and the things they cleaned. I could just spend hours admiring the work these fine ladies did in my home. I have spent all morning referring them to all my co-workers, especially the husbands. What wife wouldn’t want the gift of a clean home! The Maids even spent a few minutes to give me a call the next day just to make sure I was happy with everything, and as you can see I am one very satisfied customer. I cannot wait to call again for another clean!

Pleasant, hard-working, and professional crew. From the office personnel setting the schedule to every member of the team at my home. They really make my home sparkle! I've never been disappointed by any of their staff. I will keep recommending The Maids to all of my family and friends.

I have used this company for my home in Dublin for several years. I have always had great results with them and recommend them often. I have a neighbor that has gone through 3 maid services this year, not sure why she doesn't take my advice. They're friendly and nice and I always look forward to coming home to my clean place after they have been there.

At every appointment I am impressed by how orderly and expertly cleaned my home is left after the ladies visit. However, today I was just impressed by the level of service the team provided me. Upon entering my home I found a note and a crumbled up $10 bill left on my kitchen counter. The note read that the $10 was found in my couch as they were vacuuming and they wanted to ensure it was returned to me. It would have been so easy for the team to pocket the money, but they gave it back. I have always been comfortable with the team and have been given no reason not to trust them. However, this honesty has given me every reason to trust them and enjoy the service even more. I would also like to mention that the office staff has done everything in their power to ensure my hectic scheduling needs are meet. They truly mean they will do whatever it takes to make me happy. I could not speak more highly of my cleaning service.

I recently needed a maid service for my elderly parents who were very against the idea. I called a lot of places but when I spoke to Melissa at The Maids I stopped calling around. She was so thoughtful and a great listener and took the time to make sure she understood my situation. When the team came to clean, they were great with my parents and did everything Melissa said they would and more. I will call them again and highly recommend them as well.

The Maids cleaned my house over the weekend and did a great job. I had a team of 4 there for just a couple hours and did more than my old housekeeper could get done in a whole day! I was really pleased. I will definitely be using them again!
