Perfect place for all seniors! When my father's blood pressure and diabetes were out of control and he was getting weak and fell at home, I signed him up with this center. They pick him up in the morning, he gets two really good restaurant quality meals there, a nurse checks his blood pressure and blood sugar and makes sure that he takes all his medicines, they help him take a shower if he needs to and take him out to a park to get fresh air. He even gets physical therapy there so his back pain and arthritis don't bother him so much anymore, and he can now walk better. His depression disappeared and he is looking forward to going there every day to be with his new friends there. He is even learning computers there because his doctor said it is good for his memory because it keeps his mind sharp. And I feel better because I know I don't have to worry about leaving him home alone. It does not cost us anything because they take MassHealth and it pays for all the care he gets there.
