I received a gift certificate for Christmas and called numerous times to order take out. The first time was on New Years Eve and the woman told me they would not take to go orders over the phone; I figured it was New Years Eve so maybe that was the policy on a holiday. The same woman answered the phone a couple of days later and I again tried to order take out; the woman claimed she was the owner and she would not place a take out unless I knew exactly what the entree was called. I explained to her that I had looked up the menu on line and there was an entree that I believe was similar to spaghetti and meatballs and it was $12.50. I asked if she would be so kind as to tell me the specials and once again she replied rudely you need to come in I am not going to read specials over the telephone. If she just kindly informed me that this was a policy that they do not do orders for take out over the phone I would have understood. This woman who claims to be the owner actually hung up on me
