Beware!!! she can not stitch in straight line. She completely ruined my two coats which I gave her for alteration.

Also she will never keep an appointment she gave you for pick up and completely forgets about it. If you call her and ask, she will say it is ready but when you go there it is not ready (really ???).

I do not usually write reviews but felt obligated to warn others.

I brought my wedding gown to Rice Sq to have it taken in 2 sizes and shortened. The woman who runs the place told me she could do the job, however a month later she forgot we had an appointment and had not started work on the dress. Once she had worked on the dress the chest was huge and the bustle was uneven. She told me that is how the dress is meant to be and she was unable to fix it. I took it to an experienced bridal shop in Wayland and they were able to fit it to my body perfectly and correct the bustle. I do not recommend this shop, and am lucky I got to take the dress out of there and in better hands when I did! There is also a huge language barrier, and she has a million excuses and blames the customer when things do not go as planned.
