Provided by YP.comI had an appraisal done by Angela who asked me questions then misstated my answers, example she asked me how old the roof was, I said 9 or 10 years old and she wrote it down, then on the appraisal she put the roof was two years old. I also showed her structural issues with the foundation and the settling of the garage and she did not put that in the report. She left out other important problems I disclosed to her. So if you want an accurate appraisal call someone else!
