Just paint review

I had to give this one star in order to post a review. Just paint deserves no stars. WORST experience ever and my friend and I never even got to paint! At first impression this seemed to be a fun way to spend an evening with a close friend and do something productive. $30 dollars per person. Paid and booked a date. Unfortunately we had to reschedule do to a death of my friends family member. The owner Susan was rude and told her after to look on the webpage and find a new date. Susan the owner had canceled three times due to not enough people signing up and again due to snow. We finally were able to find a date that worked however my friend became ill. She contacted the owner Susan and the owner gave her such an attitude. Susan was rude and unprofessional. This unprofessionalism and rudeness seems to be a reoccurring issue for many people as according to what they have posted as reviews. Susan informed my friend that she needed a 48hr notice for cancellation (she does not offer refunds, just rescheduling). How is one suppose to know that they will be sick 48hrs ahead of time!

Through many emails to Susan and no response she called her. She was extremely rude and short with my friend. She was inconsiderate and informed my friend that she already asked to reschedule (my friend had a death in the family). Sue knew that a death happened and she said that she would think about allowing us to make a reschedule date. She slammed the phone on my friend and never called us back. She ripped us off for $60 dollars. What type of business is this! No refunds, services not guaranteed on the owners part and she thinks about allowing for rescheduling. Seems from others reviews that she has an issue with taking peoples money and not providing what they paid for. RED FLAGS!

Poor business ethics, awful management, unprofessional and rude. I barely see any activity at the actual store. It makes thou think of what type of business is being run. I advise people to read reviews and heed warnings. Susan is a awful business owner. I do not recommend Just Paint at all. Save yourself the headaches.
