TERRIBLE costumer service in the pleasant st location. I called in to see if they carried in store lotions to build a tan. I explained I am a fair skinned person and I don't want to use bronzers since is my first time tanning indoors, and she just said: " Um.. base tan? I don't know what they are, I dont know what you're taking about". I was surprised she didn't know as she works in a tanning salon, so I thought I'll explain kindly my skin type again. Without letting me finish she repeated she had no idea what i was talking about and hanged up on me. W.O.W Speechless!

This place is really good. The staff is always friendly, I never have to wait, and the beds are clean. My only complaints would be that it's a little bit out of the way and a bit pricey. But after a year and a half I haven't found anything better!
