My wife Carolyn and I recently decided to upgrade our landscaping. A friend referred us to Wooster Lawn Service. Tom came out right away and listened to our ideas and needs. He gave his recommendations and we decided to go with WLS. The project was completed on time and the results were as promised. The WLS landscape crew (Eric & Dan) were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The work performed by WLS was EXACTLY what we wanted and expected! Take it from two satisfied customers when we say "We highly recommend WLS for your outside home needs!!!"

Work done when promised and exceeded all expectations. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Tom met with us twice to discuss and then to make a final decision about the landscaping work we wanted done to our home. Not only did he exhibit an understanding of what we wanted in the way of plants, layout and our desire to decrease future maintenance levels, he also checked in multiple times the day the workers were here to do the job to ensure we were happy with the progress being made. We can't say enough about how hard the men worked, how polite and friendly they were and the attention to every detail they displayed. Our landscaping was completed in a very timely fashion and was also done by a company that obviously takes much pride in the work it does! Many thanks to Tom, Erik and all the guys for a top notch and professional job! Our experience with Wooster Lawn Service is what customer service should always be like!!!

The work that was done by this service was just fabulous - we cannot thank the men for all they did - they were just so pleasant to have around - never heard any bad words or shouting. The guys just finished a job for my front landscaping and the results are fantastic! It looks beautiful, crisp and clean! Tom did an awesome job listening to what I wanted to do and hit the nail on the head. Very reasonable, gave tons of suggestions for my husband and I to do on our own in addition to what we had his crew do. Quick response to initial inquiry, great turnaround for scheduling and completing! Definitely recommend and will be using them in the future! Thanks so much!!

We have had Wooster Lawn Services landscaping our home and trimming our shrubs for the last few years and they do a wonderful job!!!Tom, Eric and the crew are top notch at what they do and well worth what they charge!!!! To be completely honest they probably don't charge enough for the GREAT WORK they do!!! :)If your looking for a landscaping team that knows their stuff, reasonable in price, men of integrity and hard working then this is the company for you!! Don't hesitate to call Tom and set something up, but be prepared, he takes the calls right away and does the job in a timely manner!! :)

Tom and his crew are beginning their second season of servicing our home. I would consider myself a "particular" person - some might say a perfectionist. I am happy to say that Tom listens to what I am requesting, reiterates it to make sure we are both on the same page and then, makes it happen. Wooster Lawn says they will show up to do the job and they do; on time, dressed professionally and they are very courteous and respectful. I have recommended them to several friends. I cannot express enough how wonderful Tom and his employees are. I have now had services with them for a year and have been through a summer and a winter season with them. Not only do they do a top notch job on mowing and plowing, they also care about what their customer wants. I contacted Wooster Lawn Service to do some work at our recently purchased home. Tom responded and came out quickly. As we are in the process of moving from Maryland and wasn't sure what to expect I just had that "gut feel" I could trust Tom. Wooster did the job and I am glad they did. Tom, Eric & the Wooster Lawn Service, LLC crew did a "GREAT JOB" on our new landscape. From the time I spoke to Tom on getting the work done to the finish I always felt good about the job we was having done. Tom came out gave us options and what needed to be done and asked questions on things we wanted to see be done along with what we wanted to see in the landscape. Eric & his helper was out first thing Monday taking out the old landscape, prepping the beds and cleaning up the mess before the rains came through and slowed things down for the day. Tuesday they was back at it getting the new plants in the ground laying the stone & mulch again they got hit with a heavy rain but they kep on working hard. We were looking for a company to complete some landscaping at our home in Wooster. Got 3 quotes from 3 different companies and WLC was slightly higher than the other but we felt really comfortable with Tom. So we went with him. While at the home I was so impressed with the professionalism from his team and the quality of the work. They pay extreme attention to detail and executed what I wanted to perfection. Tom even gave me a few recommendations that were awesome. My wife stays at home with my kids and I felt very comfortable with his employees at my home as well. WLC may be slightly higher in price but I will bet that you will be pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone!!! I am not affiliated with this company at all and I just recently moved to Wooster so I had no recommendations from anyone. Took a shot in the dark and got lucky!
