Charlie Russell and his crew are the most unprofessional group I've ever known. Leaving a wake of disaster where they go. Causing damage to others property caring less. Sure he makes it sound good when you "are" able to get hold of him. He'll tell you "Get the estimate and I'll pay it." But he falls short on every word he speaks! Doesn't return calls, doesn't arrive when says he will. Plays the blame game.... UGH BORING!!!! In addition he advertises on his website he does government contract jobs; which I'm skeptical that he does because these types of jobs require insurance. Think that if had insurance he'd file claims to pay for damage caused. Unless of course filed too many claims and is about to lose his insurance. I know this because there was damage to my vehicle by them as yet to pay for the damages. He has ample chances to do so and has not turned anything over to his insurance. Strongly suggest not using them!
