We have had many problems with the store in Wooster. Many unreturned phone calls about faulty flooring. Manufacturer refunded the Carpet Mill but we have not yet received our refund for the faulty flooring. We have been told lies about the person in charge being out of the office so that he wouldn't have to deal with us. We have called multiple times and the 'office people' seem to never be in their offices, either - which is why we haven't yet received our refund. This company is completely unprofessional and greedy. They have done everything that they can to put off taking care of our flooring, which is shrinking and looks terrible. They have promised visits to inspect the flooring and never shown up. We have been told to call them to REMIND them to come out! Do not use this company for any product or service; you will get the brush-off, just like we have!

I could'nt believe my eyes when I walked into the store. The showroom is huge! Most places only have a selection of small samples that don't give you a good idea of what it might look like in your home. National Carpet Mill Outlet has tons of full rolls af carpet and every other kind of flooring imagineable all right there in front of you! We like to support our locally owned businesses and National is just that type of family owned business. The sales personell are friendly and extremely helpful, unlike a Home Depot where you can never seem to even find a sales rep. We were very pleased with our experience and plan to continue giving our business to National Carpet Mill Outlet.
