Mike and Patti Mutchler are genuine, honest, and trustworthy business owners. They go above and beyond. Mike inspected the septic system at the home we were selling and discovered we had a prohibited system. He communicated clearly with myself, the buyer, and health dept. He was very empathetic of our situation and offered help however he could. Mike then inspected the septic system of the home we were purchasing and found it was not functioning properly. He explained things in way that made sense and detailed in the report what needed fixed. Once this was done and it was time for a follow up inspection and he even called and talked to the contractor who made the repairs. I trust Mike's professional opinion and know he is looking out for his customer's best interest every time.
