I had automotive repairs done at their shop and not only was the work done right, the owner was willing to help me out with the bill to make things as painless as possible.

The owner likes to take care of his customers. When I had a problem with my tire slowly going flat despite no holes etc. he was able to determine the problem and fix it free of charge. This type of service is what makes me go there for the big sales like replacing all the tires on our family van.
