Will never come here again. Owner was very rude and unprofessional

I would never take my dogs here again. rudest person I have ever met. place opens at 8am. was told I could bring my dogs at any time. I brought in at 10am. dogs were last ones done so 5pm and not happy at all shaking. dogs are used to being cut and have got nothing but good feedback. it was a new place, since we just move to tx. So thought that may be some of the problem. 2nd time Since they wouldn't make appointments I brought in at 8am, first one there. Expecting that my dogs would have a shorter day being first. no call, i called in after noon no answer. they finish finished at 5pm. 3rd time I ask again when I could come in so they wouldn't have to be there all day. the answer, anytime, we don't give exact appointments. So I waited till 11am to take them so if they done at 5pm at least they wouldn't e there all day. when I got there she said that I was too late and she would have to reschedule the appointment. I was very upset. I told about what she said and she got belligerent. I told her she no longer had my business and she acted as though she would get violent. I would highly recommend no one use this business. Pet Smart does a better job, is 100% cleaner, nicer, you can see what condition your dogs are in and know they are not being abused. one star was given because this site would not allow non star, if they had neg stars I would love to give her that!
