We had a new water heater installed by Bill. Not because we needed one, we just wanted a bigger one after installing a large jetted tub. It took him several months to get it working right. He was at our house 6 times saying there was nothing wrong with it, all along charging us for each visit. In the end it was a heating element. Don't get ripped off by Bill like we did!
