Woodstock City Hall in Woodstock, Ill., is the main administrative establishment for each department within the city s municipal government. The City of Woodstock operates under the council-manager form of government that combines the political leadership of an elected Mayor and six City Council members with the managerial experience of an appointed City Manager. The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer for the city and oversees all city departments.
