Don’t do it! Save your money and do it yourself! Trust me . I always repair my own equipment due to bad experience and getting ripped off. Well As I get older I tend to throw caution to the wind and trust that I might find a business that actually knows what they are doing and is honest.
So I brought my string trimmer there for a tune up and to replace the fuel lines. The quote was just under $200 and was told the Carburetor needs to be replaced. This was suspicious because the outside of the carburetor and adjacent areas were filthy like it was never taken apart! Hmmmm! They charged me $25 to tell me this and then said they would give me the $25 back if I bought a new trimmer from them. That’s when the read flag went up! I went back and paid the $25 plus tax and collected my trimmer. I changed the fuel lines myself and gave it a good cleaning and the darn things runs like a champ! I guess I just need to accept that old saying, If you want something done right, do it yourself!

The associates at the company are great to deal with. However the management/owners are very rude and do not care about the customer. We called to receive an estimate of when our lawn mower would be delivered and we can hear the manager, Stephanie, yelling in the background "Don't give them
a time, don't give them a time! They are just going to have to wait!"...This is after Stephanie has previously yelled at my wife on the phone because we decided to call to check on the status AND they accidentally sent a company truck to our house this morning WITHOUT our lawn mower. We also gave them our credit card info to pay for the lawn mower about 5 days ago (when the service was completed) and they finally charged the card today. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would rather pay more and not be treated like this...they have already had the lawn mower for 11 days and only a belt needed to be replaced. The only reason I am using the company is because our Lowe's extended warranty referred us to them...Lowes will be getting notified as well...I looked around to see if there were any bad reviews (a company wouldn't be THIS bad without others receiving the same treatment). I did find reviews from prior clients stating they received awful service, but their negative reviews that they left were deleted from sites like this, facebook, etc. Great business practices.

Excellent customer service. They were attentive to my concern, called with a quote before the work was done and offered me a 30 day warranty on my repair. My machine was completed right the first time and delivered by a friendly driver who explained the work done very well.

Price for repair was outrageous including 13 dollars for a quart of fuel,repairs took two weeks longer than promised.when machine picked up bolts were missing.when contacted replacement bolts were sent but didn't fit .,holes had been stripped.when this was brought to the attention of the manager I was told not by them and they intimated I must've have done it ,however they were the only ones to ever work on this piece of equipment.These folks took no responsibility for the poor workmanship,were rude and have poor people and business skills. Steer clear of this place!

The owners at woodstock location sold me a truck with a broken frame and never disclosed it. I wouldn't buy string for my weedwacker from these guys.
