I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. They accused me of lying when I said I laundered my slipcover according to their instructions, then threatened to sue me if I wrote a review. Stay away!

This company sold me a futon cover which was a foot short of fitting, although I did order the correct size. On top of that, they ignored my several attempts to contact them regarding the matter, and the cover was "non-returnable" due to it's expanded depth. All in all, this company is a scam, and their covers are not backed by any sort of quality, and their customer service is non-existent. Please, do yourself a favor and order from another company, don't throw away your money like I did.
