This is a racist Spanish car service , my clients were refer to this service. I called for a pick up. I spoke to the dispatcher and he said 40 minutes, then I discribed to the dispatcher in Spanish that they were an elderly black couple in midtown manhattan, going to the upper east side (223rd st), he told me oh , never mind the car I was going to send already picked up a passenger. Very disappointing! No stars, I had to give a star to post my review.
