First off the main lady is very unfriendly as well as her staff. I have always been happy with the vets office, they are very polite and inviting.I have taken my dogs there to be groomed, being told that it would take around 4 to 6 hours. Which is totally understandable for several dogs. I dropped them off at 8 am, which they did tell me that they don't come in till 9 am. I called them at 6 pm to see if they were finished and they told me they would call me when they were done. At almost 8 pm I called again to see if they were finished, they said they were. When I got there, I had to wait 15 mins till they finished. Does it really take 11 hours to groom them??

When we made the appointment the lady said that our dogs we be done in a few hours. We dropped them off at 9am in the morning and they weren't done until after 4pm. That means my dogs were in a cage with no water or bathroom for 7 hours. When we went to pick them up the dogs weren't brushed and still had all sorts of hair on them which got all over me. The hair was just falling off them. Also, when they clipped one of our dogs they clipped him uneven and their were chunks missing. I will NEVER take my dogs back there and I will NOT recommend them to anyone.

I come all the way up from Draper to get my dog groomed at The Groom Room because the price and service make it well worth it. I was extremely nervous the first time I took my dog there because he does not like getting his nails cut,etc. To get his nails done, get a bath and get his ears cleaned it cost less than just a nail trim at the vet. They did a great job and my dog felt very comfortable there. I would highly recommend The Groom Room.
