I had my daughters prom dress altered there, the first charge for taking up the bodice was 65. When she went for second fitting it was not done correctly and still had to take more in. As well as take up the hem, the estimate of 75 total for the dress was given at that time. The charge when picking up the dress was 175.00. She insisted that it took over 8 hrs to hem the prom dress. The charge for the hem was 110.00, the bodice with the lace overlay was 65.00. The bodice was still done incorrectly, but would work. She insisted that the 175.00 was authorized over the phone and that they don't begin work until they are authorized. I called bank as this was not what was authorized after speaking with her, and being rudely hung up on. When the bank reversed the false charge she filed a police report and was planning on filing criminal charges unless I brought her the money right away.
