Our primary business is to provide residential architectural design, drafting, and construction documents. We can help you with the remodel of your existing home or with your new construction project. Our goal is to provide you with a aesthetically pleasing, livable design with the required documents to pass your local building department review process. We provide our services directly to our clients and to those of local contractors. Blueline Design has been serving Davis, Woodland, and all Yolo County since 1999. The Owner, Yvonne Burau graduated with a degree in design from UC Davis in 1986. She Worked for a Woodland based and Berkeley trained Architect for 8 years before opening Blueline Design in 1999. Since that time she has been providing high quality designing solutions to clients as far away as Monterey California.
