Olympic Nursery's landscaper never follows through. Initially contracted 4 months ago and she has never contacted me. I have always been the one to contact her. Always asked if I had received plans through email or mail, which I never did. She's been to our house a few times. The first was to take pictures and come up with a plan, the second time to show an extremely rough draft. Always said she'd be in contact within 1-2 weeks; never heard from her unless I called. 4 months later, still no contact from her and I've given up on ever receiving final plans. At this point, I wouldn't pay for them at any rate, as it's past the prime time for doing yard work in the Northwest.
