Mike Ghoorbatoor is a crook. He'll low-ball you on the price just to get the job then proceed to cut every corner possible and leave your job unfinished. Unfortunately, he did it to myself and a friend of mine. His work failed city inspection and he then tried to charge more money to fix the same work which he did wrong in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!

mike ghoorbatoor stole money from us - refused to deliver parts we ordered and he did not finish the job we paid him in advance for - STAY AWAY from Palm Bay Mechanical. At great cost we now have to bring in another company to fix his mistakes and finish the job and buy more equipment. I have never before had as terrible an experience with ANYONE. STAY AWAY.
