I contacted United Paving Contractors last year for an estimate. They responded promptly with a call from Lilly, the owner's wife. She is one of the kindest, most well-spoken, and most professional people. She scheduled a date for an estimate the following week.
William, the owner, came to my house to offer his suggestions and price. He was very professional during the entire process. He walked the whole driveway with me, pointed out the problems and how he would fix them, and helped me understand how the installation would go.
I, unfortunately, had to wait until the following spring due to a septic system being installed, which would have damaged my new driveway. When the time was right, William again came to the house so he could do another walkthrough with me. He reiterated how the finish would be on the driveway's edges, how they would level the unevenness, and so on. He again mentioned his company's attention to detail and promise of quality, professional work.
The day was finally here, and I was excited to say goodbye to my old 36-year asphalt driveway.
William was the first to arrive. He reviewed the project with me one more time and introduced me to his job site supervisor, Romero. They immediately started to work and, in no time, were ready to lay down new asphalt.
What impressed me was how friendly and respectful his employees were and how they worked as a team. It's not often you find this.
The new asphalt went down fairly quickly, and I had a fabulous, new driveway before I knew it. Romero kept a close eye on everything and ensured it was appropriately compacted and, most importantly, the edges were correct.
United Paving Contractors exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them; you will not be disappointed!
