We are a reputable property preservation company that does work for banks and mortgage service companies. We hired Rosey's Tank Cleaning to pump out sewage water from the basement of a property. They agreed to the job, gave us a run around for the week, and the day it was due, they informed us they had not completed the job. At first they claimed the property was occupied and that they would obtain police escort to complete the job but every time we requested to have a status update on the job, they declined and/or they didn't answer the phone. We don't know if anybody else has had this experience with them but based on this experience we will not be using their services anymore. From what Rosey's has shown us, they are not a reliable, accountable, or trustworthy company for outsourcing work. If anyone has any other suggestions as to which outsourcing companies are good, I'd definitely like to know.
